3. Refund Policy / Shipping and Returns
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for all first-time customers. If you’re not happy with your first purchase, contact us within 30 days for a full refund. To initiate a return, please use our contact form or email us at guardianslair@outlook.com with your order number and we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at guardianslair@outlook.com
To return your product, you should mail your product to: GUARDIANS RX, 9600 Two Notch Road, Suite 5 # 1071, Columbia, SC 29223. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
